Commercial use & coaching
Would you like to work here as a coach? You first need our express approval – for Shared and Private sessions. A normal slot booking is not sufficient.
Shared: One coach trains one client. Other guests may train at the same time. Only one coaching session is possible per slot.
Private: One coach can train one to six clients. The gym is exclusively yours. Coaching with multiple clients is only possible here.
A maximum of six people may train in total. The coach is additional.

From your request to your session.
Your request is non-binding and does not trigger a payment. Here’s what happens next:
Choose a time offered by the coach.
Your request reserves the selected time for 24 hours: one training place for Shared or the entire gym for Private. Your coach must confirm and book within this time. They contact you and arrange gym access. You automatically receive the confirmed appointment and activated door code by email and in your account.
The slot is released if your coach declines or the deadline passes without a booking. Until you receive confirmation, you do not have a booked coaching session.
Send an individual request.
Your preferred date is optional. No gym slot is reserved.
If you choose a preferred date, your coach has 24 hours to respond. Without a date, your coach receives your contact details and emails you to arrange a suitable time together. There is no fixed 24-hour deadline for this.
Where will you get a reply?
For a dated request, you receive confirmation, a decline or a request for another time by email. Check your spam folder too. For a request without a date, arrange the time and confirmation directly with your coach.
When is your session confirmed?
Your session is only confirmed once your coach has booked and paid for the gym slot. For a confirmed appointment request, your appointment and activated door code appear in your account and are emailed to you. For a booking arranged directly with your coach, your coach sends you the code. Wait for confirmation before visiting.
Who pays for what?
Pay the displayed total coaching price directly to your coach. It covers the selected number of people and 90 minutes, including gym use. Your coach books and pays for the gym; you don’t need a separate gym admission.
